Free tools
- The free tools, including the Simple QR Generator for PayNow, are provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it. For PayNow QR codes, always scan the code with your own banking app and confirm the recipient name and details before displaying or sharing it.
- The tools run in your browser. I don't receive, store or process the details you type into them.
- The free tools are independent and not affiliated with the Association of Banks in Singapore, PayNow or any bank.
Paid services and products
Automation projects are governed by the written quote or agreement for that project. Digital products are covered by the refund policy and any terms shown at checkout.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the free tools, including payments sent to the wrong recipient. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
