AI automation services for Singapore SMEs

Small, focused automations that remove repetitive work. Every project starts with a free chat and a fixed quote.

WhatsApp triage and chatbots

Most customer messages are the same ten questions. A WhatsApp assistant answers those instantly, any time of day, collects the details for everything else (name, order number, what they need), and hands it to the right person on your team.

  • Good for: clinics, tuition centres, F&B, retail, renovation and service businesses.
  • Example: a customer asks about opening hours or prices and gets an answer in seconds; a booking request arrives with the date, time and contact already filled in.
  • Worth knowing: it runs on WhatsApp's official business platform, which charges small usage fees. I'll estimate these for you upfront.

Spreadsheet automation

If someone on your team copies and pastes exports every week, that can usually be automated. I connect the CSV files from your point-of-sale, bank, booking or delivery system to Google Sheets or Excel, cleaned up and organised the way you read them.

  • Example: daily sales from every outlet land in one sheet each morning, with totals and a weekly summary.

Document automation

Turn PDFs into editable Google Docs or Word files, or generate quotes, invoices, letters and reports from your data, consistently formatted every time.

  • Example: fill in a quote template from a short form, then save it as a PDF and file it automatically.

Handwriting to data (OCR)

Photograph handwritten forms, order slips, delivery notes or meeting notes, and have them typed into a spreadsheet or document.

  • Worth knowing: accuracy depends on the handwriting. I test on your real samples before you commit, and build in a quick human check for anything the system isn't sure about.

Custom workflow apps

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, a small custom app can: a job tracker, an order form that feeds your sheets, a dashboard for the numbers you check every day. Built around how your team already works.

How I use AI

AI is a tool, not the product. I use it where it clearly saves time, such as reading handwriting, sorting messages or drafting replies, and keep simple rules where rules work better. Your data is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and only what's needed is sent to any outside service.

Pricing

Each project gets a fixed quote after a free chat, based on what it involves. Small automations are a good way to start: you see results quickly before deciding on anything bigger.
